Microsoft is developing an embedded program for hand-held internet devices. As you surf the internet on your internet hand-held device there will be this little symbol showing by a words or picture. When you tap this, its like a hyperlink that will take you right to your word or picture.

I will add that the iPhone basically has this feature already. MS seems to be one step behind!
